An online investment: Citibank website design.

Citibank operate an ongoing CRM/loyalty programme where they offer a range of exclusive, premium benefits to customers by partnering with luxury brands and professional service providers, relevant to their core customer group. These benefits are accessible through the website to raise customer awareness and increase uptake of these services. The website was looking dated and required a redesign.

The brand guidelines for Citi are incredibly tight and everything produced has to go through international compliance to be checked, for creative consistency as well as legality. With this in mind the layout was kept clean using a simple grid, that offered a visually pleasing, easily understood and navigable UX. Black and white photography was employed as per the guidelines, giving the pages a premium feel and keeping everything on-brand.

Particular care was required writing the copy on this, with both TOV and legal and financial authority compliance both having to be taken into account.
